200+ young leaders gathered in Kathmandu to co-create solutions for community challenges.

Across Nepal, communities are leading the way in transforming their own futures. From the hills of Gorkha to the plains of Bardiya, LiFE Nepal is proud to walk alongside partners who are designing solutions rooted in lived experience.

Our team works closely with local stakeholders to co-create programs that address real needs. By blending training, mentorship and policy advocacy, we help individuals and institutions unlock their potential.

What we learned

Sustainable change happens when communities own the process. The most successful programs we have run are those where local leaders set the agenda and our role is to support, facilitate and connect.
